Hour will vary between 7a-7p, M-F, *will be an 8 hour shift within those 12 hours
Some Saturdays potentially required
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Handle incoming customer contacts including calls, emails and chats with expedience and proficiency within the company standard.
- Enter service orders including new customer set up with accuracy and proficiency.
- Provide all pertinent information regarding service orders including resolution follow up to service technicians, customers or sales representatives as needed.
- Maintain current and accurate customer profiles and/or service maintenance notes.
- Develop a strong knowledge of products, policies, procedures and systems.
- Proactively promotes products, services and company’s value proposition to customers.
- Maintains high activity level with current customers and prospects on a daily basis via telephone and email, and other modes of communication as appropriate.
