Position Description:
Our customer service team waits on customers, answers phone, takes orders, cleans and stocks the retail area, and cuts products.
Job Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of computer and cash register operations.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Wait on customers.
- Answer phone.
- Cut and wrap cakes.
- Stock retail case and freezers.
- Take mail orders and decorated cake orders.
- Make retail boxes.
- Display baked goods.
- Clean up retail space and any station/equipment used.
Primary Objectives:
- Provide courteous customer service.
- Insure uniform cutting and wrapping of cakes.
- Stock retail case and freezers according to “build to levels”.
- Complete order forms accurately.
- Insure boxes stocked to capacity.
- Promote safety and a clean working environment.
Physical Demands
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to stand and walk for at least 8 hours a day. Employee must be able to lift 35 lbs. Employee is required to reach with arms and hands, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, heat from ovens or stoves, extreme cold in freezer, sharp objects, and cleaning products.
