- Maintain on-call procedures by responding to customer and employee needs including work-related injuries after normal business hours. Fill in where needed inside the facility and have the knowledge of all jobs at the client site that are necessary for effective performance.
- Interview, screen and hire personnel, test applicants as required, mange layoffs, exit interviews and/or terminations. Verify that all employee records are complete. Record and maintain all employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations. Perform employee evaluations, counseling, and terminations as necessary.
- Resolve applicant, employee, and client problems relative to service delivery.
- Check in all employees and provide proper orientation and hands on training. Document that all employees are aware of any and all Hazardous Materials they will come in contact with and that they have knowledge of MSDS.
- Conduct him- or herself and lead others in an ethical manner, at all times adhering to the policies and procedures as documented in the Standard Operations Manual.
